Coaching for Groups & Teams:
“First Time People-Manager” Training: Many employees get to a point early in their career where they find themselves managing a small team, with no training, no experience. They commit the Cardinal Sin of being “liked” vs. “respected” or are simply at a loss with how to manage expectations, workload, deliver difficult news. We will work with groups (or individuals) to help them transition from “individual contributor” to “people manager”
Working with teams to uncover morale or corporate culture issues; what they need, want, expect. I’ll use anonymized input to work with company management / HR to address issues and/or craft a winning environment and culture
Retained “Office Hours” as a perk for senior leaders: I will spend one day at a frequency requested by you; individuals at certain levels sign up for 45 minute blocks in advance for what they need, whether that’s one session or many. You offer this to employees to demonstrate your commitment to their growth and excellence. Additionally, I will anonymize data and report back to Company Leadership where there may be challenges or opportunities to improve the workplace, leadership unity and company performance, working with you to craft endpoints and the road-map to attain them.
