As a media and marketing leader with over 30 years of experience, Steve has created award-winning work that has delighted audiences, attracted consumers and sparked top line growth for clients of nearly every size and category. He is obsessive about human psychology, motivators and insights that lead to greater business outcomes for clients, as well as client and employee satisfaction and retention. At the center of everything he does is an unwavering focus on results.
He began his career at Young & Rubicam, with stops at Mindshare, Omnicom Media Group, Dentsu, and independent shop Media Storm.
Steve has been frequently sought after and quoted in the trade press, always providing a unique perspective on the industry and its challenges, and vision for the future of Advertising & Media. He has also been a judge for some of the industry's top awards, serving on judging panels for The Effies and the Cannes Media Lions Jury. He is also considered by peers to be a top creative thinker in media, having won a Cannes Grand Prix for Google Voice Search, created a TV campaign for Kimberly Clark and Creative Media awards for GSK and HBO’s “Game of Thrones”.
As a creative problem solver, Steve is equally comfortable immersing himself in Agency Operations, Client Service and Relationship Management, Go To Market Strategic Planning, crafting creative media and brand experiences, and media strategy and planning fundamentals. His ideas for creating immersive “Brand Behavior” blueprints, Frequency based media planning and staff empowerment have created incredible success for the Brands, Agencies and People he has worked with and for. Steve is motived by success, for his clients and co-workers, period. His primary drive is see his employers, clients and co-workers flourish.
As a “people first” professional, Steve is constantly looking to help those around them unlock their fullest potential. This exemplified by his accreditation as a professional / personal coach which he worked towards and attained throughout 2022.
Steve resides in Chatham NJ with wife Mia, son Tommy and daughter Lia. He is a prolific DIY’er around his 105 year old house, and spends as much time as he can serving on the Board of Directors and volunteering for the Angelman Syndrome Foundation, working for a better future for his son, others like him and their caregivers.
During his downtime, Steve enjoys playing guitar, geeking out on all things Tolkien & Middle Earth, creating original therapies for his special needs son and spending time with family and hosting large family gatherings.
